Chewy PURPO Granola Bars
When the days get tough, the snacks get going with these easy-to-make healthy granola bars. Start with a favorite granola like our Beviva PURPO Sweet Potato Granola and throw in all kinds of awesome toppings to keep you fueled throughout the day. Then get ready to enjoy a healthy and guilt free snack on the hop!
What you need:
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 pouch of Beviva PURPO Sweet Potato Granola
- 40 grs oats
- 3 tbsp of dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
How to make it:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Best for them all to be at room temperature.

Now line a mould with parchment paper.

Mix the blend into the mould, pressing down evenly as you go.

Place entire mould into the freezer and wait for about 30 minutes.

Take it out of the freezer and cut them into bars or desired shapes.
