Ombré Yogurt Parfait
Inspired by the Erewhon store in Los Angeles, we created this creamy, trending dessert for a heavenly ah moment in your day. Using Beviva's purple sweet potato powder that's 100% pure superfood, you can reap the healthy benefits of anthocyanins (antioxidant) and promote good digestion. When it's this good, your family and friends may be eyeing you for a spoonful too!
What you need:
- 3 tbsp blueberry jam
- 2 tbsp Beviva purple sweet potato powder
- 1 cup of coconut yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt)
- 4-5 berries of your choice
- mint leaf (optional)
How to make it:
- Add blueberry jam to the bottom of a small glass or tall container.
- Sprinkle the purple sweet potato powder next, covering the jam evenly.
- Finish by pouring yogurt into the glass and topping some fruits or mint leaf.
- Mix with spoon when ready to enjoy.
